Overview
Define the codes used to classify teller roles Every code you define needs to belong to either the 'T' group or the 'O' group The T (teller) group should contain your main teller roles, whether for branches or call centers The O (other) group should contain employees who may process transactions, but it is not their primary duty
Note: that if you are usng FTE's, the FTE values are only plotted with the T group
The following codes are used by the Teller Activity document and should not be altered Use the exclude code to mark the tellers you want omitted from the final document
TC_CODE TC_CODE_DESCRIPTION TC_GROUP TC_CODE_COMMENTS <X> Exclude X Do not change -- used this for all atm machines, etc. <M> <Missing> U Either a transaction or a teller record exist but teller not defined. <U> <Undefined> U Teller has multiple or zero roles assigned for one or more days.
