Login to the Windows server as the vitalsigns administrator

Download Pyparsing 2.0.1 here

Unzip pyparsing-2.0.1.zip

Open CMD.exe and change directory to pyparsing

 cd C:\Users\vitalsigns\Downloads\pyparsing-2.0.1\pyparsing-2.0.1

Install pyparsing with python

 C:\python27\python.exe setup.py install
