Summary

This page will present the necessary ports that should be opened in the Windows firewall for Vital Signs to perform properly


FTP

In order for the nightly extracts to push the data from HPUX to Windows, the following port must be open between them

Inbound TCP Port 21


QlikView Server

The QlikView Server installation should add the program to the list of allowed programs in the Windows firewall but if there are issues the following port can be opened for Client access to view the Vital Signs applications.

Inbound TCP port 4747


Vital Signs Listener

In order for the nightly/EOM Vital Signs jobs to run correctly, the following port must be open between the HPUX and Windows machines:
