Installing

Login to the Windows server as the vitalsigns administrator

Download Pyparsing for python 2.7 here

Unzip pyparsing-2.0.1.zip

Open CMD.exe and change directory to pyparsing

 cd C:\Users\vitalsigns\Downloads\pyparsing-2.0.1
